Green synthesis of pyrazolopyranopyrimidine derivatives using glutamic acid under thermal conditions

چکیده مقاله :
Multicomponent reactions are reactions in which more than two starting materials are used to form the product [1]. Pyrazolopyranopyrimidines are heterocycles contain pyrimidine, pyran and pyrazole groups, which have many biological and medicinal properties [2], including analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anticancer and anti-depressant [3]. In this research, glutamic acid wase used as catalyst in the four-component reaction of hydrazine hydrate, ethyl acetate, aromatic aldehydes and barbituric acid derivatives to the optimal preparation of pyrazolopyranopyrimidines under thermal conditions. The green reaction conditions (using water as a solvent and green catalysts), short reaction time and high yeild of products are some of the advantages of the present research
