چکیده مقاله :
Surface modification is an effective technique for enhancing photocatalytic activity and ambient stability of black phosphorus (BP). The black phosphorus nanosheets (BPNs) decorated with silver (Ag) and gold (Au) nanoparticles as well as graphene oxide (GO) were successfully synthesized, and characterized with powder X-Ray diffraction (PXRD) technique. The photocatalytic activity of BPNs before and after the surface modification was investigated by photodegradation studies deploying cationic and anionic organic dyes. The dyes degradation was obtained in the trend of BPNs@GO>BPNs@Au>BPNs@Ag>BPNs for methyl orange (MO) and in the trend of BPNs@GO>BPNs@Ag>BPNs@Au>BPNs for methylene blue (MB). Considering the results obtained from trapping experiments, O2˙- and ˙OH were distinguished as the main species for the dyes photodegradation.
