Heterocyclic compounds are widely present in the structure of natural and synthetic compounds. Thiazoles are five-membered heterocycles containing nitrogen and sulphur atoms. The medicinal significance of the thiazoles such as antibiotics, antimicrobials, antineoplastic, anti-inflammatory and anti-thyroids . Three-component reactions of 1,2,4,5-tetrazinane-3-thione derivatives , triphenylphosphine and dialkylacetylenedicarboxylate were carried out at room temperature in DMF solvent, and(tetrahydro-2H-thiazolo[3,2,b][1,2,4,5]tetrazin-7-yl)-2-(triphenylphosphoranylidene)acetate derivatives were synthesized efficiently and simply
