چکیده مقاله :
In the last decade, perovskite solar cells (PSCs) received an impressive attention among the research community due to their sudden increase in the efficiency of the system. However, the toxicity of lead-based perovskites has been a big obstacle in its commercialization. For this purpose, researchers have tried to solve the toxicity problem by removing lead from the absorber layer and replacing it with new materials such as Tin, Cesium, and Germanium. In this research, the effect of using P3HT (poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl)) as a hole transport layer (HTL) on the performance of lead-free perovskite solar cells based on CsSnI3 has been investigated. Our proposed device is FTO/n-TiO2/p-CsSnI3/p-P3HT/Au, consisting of a smooth p-n heterogeneous structure with p-type CsSnI3 as the absorber layer, Titanium dioxide (TiO2) as the electron transport layer, Fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) considered as the buffer layer (anode) and gold (Au) as the cathode. The effect of variation of increasing absorber layer thickness on the photovoltaic parameters investigated. The results show the .possibility of using perovskite solar cell without lead and high efficiency by using non-toxic materials such as CsSnI3 as an absorber layer and P3HT as a hole transporting material
