Electron Transport Materials Based On Naphthalene Diimide N-type Polymers In Perovskite Solar Cells

چکیده مقاله :
One of the main components of the perovskite solar cells is electron transporting material. Electron transport materials are divided into different types such as polymeric compounds. Naphthalene diimide compounds are polymeric compounds based on imides which are able to establish hydrogen bonds with other heteroatoms. The strong bons between hydrogen and heteroatoms in the structure of imides provide the optimal solubility of these compounds. Naphthalene diimides have special features like high electron mobility, cheap price for manufacturing process, easy purification, high solubility in various organic solvents and stability in different conditions which make them suitable options for the perovskite solar cells. These compounds are also used for establishing effective communications between layers and improving the photovoltaic parameters of the perovskite solar cells. By adding some alkyl chains to the core unites of the compounds based on naphtalenediimide, polymers with new features will be obtained, also due to the high electron transporting power in these compounds, there is no need to use any additives except in the special conditions
