چکیده مقاله :
Chlorobenzenes are used as a precursor in the manufacturing of chemicals. Chlorination of benzene is done by various methods, including continuous and discontinuous chlorination process and in the liquid phase or vapor phase and usually by direct reaction of benzene with gaseous chlorine in the presence of a catalyst. In order to study the effect of temperature on the reaction yield and products composition, benzene chlorination was done at three temperatures: at 45℃ yield production of monochlorobenzene was higher, the conversion of benzene and the formation of dichlorobenzene increased at 55℃, and by increasing the temperature to 65℃, benzene conversion, formation of monochlorobenzene and dichlorobenzene decreases.
