Nickel (Ⅱ) anchored on graphene oxide functionalized glutamine as a high-performance supercapacitor electrode

چکیده مقاله :
In this work, a novel composite was prepared with a two-step method as an electrode material for a supercapacitor using graphene oxide (GO) and nickel stabilized on glutamine (GO-G@ Ni). The composite was analyzed by Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques. Also, electrochemical properties were measured using a three-electrode system. The specific capacitance of 1136 F g-1 was obtained at a current density of 2 A g-1 in 6 M KOH aqueous electrolyte.
