A Narrative and Proficient MOF Catalyst of Gold-Nanoparticles-Decorated Epichlorohydrine @Poly dopamine Functionalized UiO-66-NH2 as a Novel and Efficient MOF-Catalyst for Preparation of Spirochromenes

The general principles in this research is the synthesis of new catalysts based on metal-organic frameworks (MOF) by coating with Epichlorohydrine and poly dopamine, then stabilizing with Metal (Au) nanoparticles have been included. In this process, the design, synthesis and construction of a type of metal-organic framework UiO-66 under the title UiO-66-NH2 was investigated. In the following, the amino-target compound via nitrogen-containing was conjugated with epichlorohydrine, and epoxy-ring was opened by amino group attached UiO-66-NH2. Then, poly dopamine was coated with UiO-66-NH2@epichlorohydrin, and finally synthesized by stabilizing gold nanoparticles. In the following, he synthesis of the desired nano-catalyst was carried out, and the authority of the synthesized catalyst was confirmed with analyzes such as FT-IR, XRD, EDS-Mapping, FE-SEM, VSM, TEM, BET. In the following, application of the heterogeneous catalyst was used in organic reactions such as the A3-coupling reaction, which is one of the most important reactions in the synthesis of organic compounds same as spirochromenes. The high efficiency in the reaction process indicates the effect of the activity and very high efficiency of the synthesized catalyst. In addition, the effect of recycling the catalyst was also investigated [1].
