Synthesis of FeNi3/SiO2/Cu Recyclable Nanocatalyst and its Performance on Suzuki Reaction

چکیده مقاله :
Nowadays, nanomaterials are widely used in the preparation of nanocatalysts. Many important reactions are catalyzed by nanomaterials and these nanocatalysts dramatically increase product production efficiency. The aim of this research was to analyze the synthesis of FeNi3/SiO2/Cu magnetic nanocatalyst and its performance in the Suzuki coupling reaction. Using FeNi3/SiO2/Cu magnetic nanocatalyst, Suzuki reaction was tested under different temperature conditions, amount of catalyst, substrate, solvents and bases, optimal conditions were obtained for each of them. The results show that the Suzuki reaction with 1g of catalyst, in the presence of DMSO solvent, with K2CO3 base and at a temperature of 100℃ had the best efficiency (92%). The homogeneous FeNi3/SiO2/Cu catalyst is easily separated from the reaction and used several times.
