Design, synthesis and in vitro evaluation of antibactrial activity of some new pyrano-pyrimidine compounds

چکیده مقاله :
A series of new pyrano[2,3-d]-pyrimidines were synthesized using Cu/Cu/Ni/MWCNTs as a catalyst to reduce various aldehydes. The synthesized compounds were confirmed by 1HNMR and FTIR. In addition, the target molecules were their antibacterial activity was screened against Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis. Molecule 4a showed good antifungal activity.
