Preparation and investigation of new derivatives of Heterocyclic bis-thiazole compounds

چکیده مقاله :
The thiazole ring system represents the active handle in many biologically-active heterocyclic compounds. Thiazole derivatives have attracted the attention of the scientific community in general and pharmaceutical chemists in particular. This interest is largely fuelled by the thiazole diverse pharmacological and biological activities. Many bis-thiazoles are also as reactive as their thiazole counterparts and their biological activity as antibacterial, antifungal, and anticancer were reported [1, 2]. In this regard, we describes the preparation synthesis of a new derivatives of heterocyclic bis-thiazole using simple method. The characterization of this compounds was done by IR, 1H, 13C NMR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. This heterocyclic compound was structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal packing is mainly stabilized by intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions. The heterocyclic compound was further characterized by UV-visible spectrophotometric measurements and fluorescence spectra.
