Synthesis of new 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3- triazole based perfluoropyridine dervatives

چکیده مقاله :
1,2,3-Triazoles, as important heterocycles, play a significant role in the field of pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals. These compounds possess a diverse range of biological activities, including antibacterial, herbicidal, fungicidal, antiallergic, and anti-HIV properties [1]. New fluorinated containing 1,2,3-triazole units were prepared in three steps. First, the nucleophilic attack of N-methylpipirazine under mildly basic conditions took place solely at the C–4 position of PFP and the corresponding 1-methyl-4-(2,3,5,6-tetrafluoro-pyridine-4-yl)-piperazine were obtained in nearly quantitative yields. Upon treatment of 1-methyl-4-(2,3,5,6-tetrafluoro-pyridine-4-yl)-piperazine with sodium azide afforded new product. Finally, the 1,2,3-triazole based fluorinated were synthesis by click chemistry. All the compounds were characterized using 1H, 13C and 19F-NMR spectroscopy.
