Thermal stability of PVC plastisol is one of the most important topics in the plastics industry. Plastisol PVC is one of the plastics that is used in many industries such as automotive, electronics, clothing and packaging, etc. Thermal stability means the material's resistance to changing its shape and characteristics at high temperatures. In this article, new methods of thermal stability of PVC plastisol are investigated. In this context, the effect of temperature and time on thermal stability, methods of evaluating thermal stability and methods of improving the thermal stability of PVC plastisol have been investigated. Research results show that the thermal stability of PVC plastisol is strongly influenced by temperature and time. Some methods of improving thermal stability include increasing resistance to high temperature, using additives, etc. In general, thermal stability in PVC plastisol is very important, and it is very important to observe this issue for its industrial applications.
