چکیده مقاله :
In this research work, a cost-effective organic Hole-Transporting Material (HTM) was developed utilizing readily available starting materials, including aniline and anthraquinone. This material was designated with the proprietary code "HTM-37". The synthesized compound demonstrates favorable solubility and thermal stability, along with the capacity to form an acceptable morphology on the surface of perovskite layers. The inherent π-conjugated system in the structure, functioning as an electron donor-acceptor motif, enhances charge transport mobility while concurrently reducing the necessity for chemical additives. The resultant Perovskite Solar Cell (PSC) device incorporating HTM-37 was characterized through photovoltaic analyses, revealing preliminary photovoltaic parameters: a short-circuit current of 15.49 mA/cm², an open-circuit voltage of 0.67 V, a fill factor of 0.56, and a Power Conversion Efficiency (PCE) of 5.84%, all under additive-free conditions. These findings prompt optimism for further enhancement in efficiency through the optimization of operating conditions in the future.
