Preparation of new nicotinonitrile derivatives catalyzed by magnetic nanoparticles as the new magnetic H-bond catalyst via CVABO mechanism

چکیده مقاله :
Herein, we have designed a magnetic catalyst by modifying magnetic nanoparticles. In this method, by using these compounds, an organic structure with urea part has been created on magnetic nanoparticles, which can function as a hydrogen bond catalyst. Hydrogen bond catalysts play both the role of acid catalyst and the role of basic catalyst [1]. The catalytic application of catalyst as the new magnetic H-bond catalyst in the synthesis of new nicotinonitrile compounds was evaluated by multicomponent reaction in solvent-free and green conditions, which showed good performance. These compounds have antibacterial, antifungal, anti-depressant, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory and anti-Alzheimer properties [2] (Scheme).
