Effect of temperature on solubility and thermal stability of Triamterene drug in subcritical water

چکیده مقاله :
Subcritical water at temperatures less than 374°C has the property of constant dielectric adjustment, which turns water into a green and safe solvent for poorly soluble drugs. In this research, the effect of temperature on the solubility of Triamterene (a diuretic drug) in subcritical water was investigated by a static method. The experiments were performed under a constant pressure of 30 bar and at temperatures between 383.15-443.15 K. With increasing temperature, the mole fraction solubility of the drug increased .from 0.782×10-4 to 1.399×10-4
