Pd@Mont/ImI-IL-SO3H: An efficient catalyst for the synthesis of Hantzsch pyridine

چکیده مقاله :
In order to take advantage of the advantages of heterogeneous catalysts [1,2] in improving the process of organic chemistry reactions, this project tries to report a cost-effective and environmentally friendly method to synthesis of heterogeneous catalyst and investigation of its activity in multi-component reactions..a magnetic catalyst based on montmorillonite and ionic liquid containing Pd nanoparticles was designed. Pd@Mont/ImI-IL-SO3H catalyst was used in one-pot Hantzsch pyridine synthesis and its activity was investigated on a wide range of aldehyde derivatives. Moreover, this catalyst was easily separated from the reaction mixture by simple filtration and reused up to 7 times without a significant decrease in catalytic activity. It should be noted that the activity of Pd@Mont/ImI-IL-SO3H was compared with other recent catalytic reports, and one of the advantages of this protocol is the introduction of an environmentally friendly method in the presence of a recyclable catalyst
