چکیده مقاله :
The composites of Fe3O4@ZIF-8 offer a range of unique characteristics owing to the combined effects of Fe3O4 magnetic properties and ZIF-8 porous structure. Fe3O4@ZIF-8 nanoparticles have diverse applications, including diagnostics and therapeutics, environmental and industrial usage, as well as functioning as sensors. The aim of this study was to comprehensively explore the available synthesis methods for Fe3O4@ZIF-8 composites. Furthermore, an existing protocol was modified, leading to the achievement of the smallest reported Fe3O4@ZIF-8 nanocomposite (Scheme). By modifying various parameters such as solvent type, reaction time, and drying process in a previous synthesis protocol, we were able to achieve, to the best of our knowledge, the smallest reported Fe3O4@ZIF-8 nanocomposites (hydrodynamic diameter: 47.08 nm, PDI: 0.306). Through the collection and classification of various synthesis methods employed for Fe3O4@ZIF-8 nanocomposite synthesis, we conducted a categorization of parameters that could potentially influence the size of the composite. Our findings reveal, the smallest reported Fe3O4@ZIF-8 nanocomposite.
