چکیده مقاله :
The present research aims to prepare a new sorbent based on an acidic calixarene (A2CA) intercalated into a Mg/Al layered double hydroxide (LDH) to achieve the new sorbent (A2CA@LDH) (Scheme) which was confirmed by utilizing techniques [1]. The prepared sorbent's ability to extract specific nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), from water and real urine samples was examined using the pack column strategy. Plackett-Burman and Box-Behnken designs, two components of the response surface methodology (RSM), were utilized to fine-tune and optimize the parameters controlling the extraction and desorption process by using an HPLC-UV. The results demonstrated that this new sorbent and current method may be helpful for accurately, easily, and affordably identifying NSAIDs in actual samples [2].
