Thin-layer chromatography analysis for biostability assay of PEG-Maleimide/ polyamidoamine/Au drug

چکیده مقاله :
In this research, folate moitiey was conjugated to PEG-Maleimide/ polyamidoamine/198Au compound in order to approach a selective radio-drug. The prepared drugs were characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and Transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The average particle size distribution of the 198Au/P-MPEG-FA nanoparticles were estimated by Minitab statistical software to be 17.95 nm. Radiochemical stability tests using instant thin-layer chromatography (ITLC) analysis was performed which determines what percentage of the sample has retained its formula by spend time after incubation in PBS or human serum is acceptable. DLS analysis exhibited that particles with an average size of 67.48 nm were the most common after prolonged storage.
