Fabrication of 2-amino-4-phenyl-4a,5,6,7-tetrahydronaphthalene-1,3,3(4H)-tricarbonitriles in the presence of the nano-scale NiFe2O4 composites

چکیده مقاله :
Multi-component reactions or MCRs are one of the most excellent strategies to extend the molecular skeleton diversity via facile methods. They can furnish facile, prompt, and efficient tactics in novel products and medical chemistry. Hence, it is taken into considerable to fabricate these products by applying robust catalysts and optimal methods. The bicyclic ortho-aminocarbonitriles are crucial intermediate structures in the synthesis of organic compounds. Under varied conditions, cyclic malononitrile, ketones, and various benzaldehydes are converted into bicyclic ortho-aminocarbonitrile derivatives through Knoevenagel condensation and Michael addition [1]. In this study, nano-scale NiFe2O4 composites was applied as a magnetically and robust catalyst to prepared the bicyclic ortho-aminocarbonitriles. Not expensive, air-stable, magnetically separable, and affordable another advantages of nano-scale NiFe2O4 composite. References regarding the catalytic characteristics of NiFe2O4 MNPs are extremely scarce [2]. These spinel-type bimetal oxides have shown considerable promise for use in catalysis (Scheme 1).
