In Situ forming Zeolite Imidazole Framework in the presence of ZnAl-LDH for Antibacterial drug delivery system

چکیده مقاله :
The combination of layered double hydroxides (LDHs) and metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) has shown great potential for drug delivery applications [1]. LDHs are a class of layered materials with a positively charged brucite-like structure, while MOFs are porous materials with a three-dimensional network of metal ions or clusters connected by organic linkers [2].In this method, the Zn Al-LDH compound was first synthesized by the co-precipitation method, and in the presence of this substance, the ZIF-8 compound was synthesized in situ. The resulting nanocomposite has properties such as antibacterial, high portability, and high porosity.
