Nano‐Drug Carriers: Synthesis, Drug loading, Characterization and Biological Evaluation

چکیده مقاله :
With the emergence of nanotechnology, integrating science fields became more critical. Drug delivery through nanostructures improves treatment by increasing therapeutic efficacy, reducing toxicity, and increasing patient acceptance. The use of bioconjugation methods, which refers to the covalent linkage of a biological and a chemical molecule facilitates the permeability, retention time, and targeted delivery of nanoparticles [1-4]. In continuation of our research in the field of synthesis of drug-carrying nanostructures, here we intend to introduce nanocarriers made in our research laboratory for targeted drug delivery to cancerous tissues or repair of damaged tissues (Scheme).
