چکیده مقاله :
Due to the rapid development of the economies and industrialization of many countries, there is an increasing demand for energy, therefore, the need for energy in the future is likely to increase more than the current situation, on the other hand the society's need to clean energy has made many researchers aware of the development of renewable energy sources. Limitation in the resources of non-renewable energies and increasing the environmental pollution caused by the excessive consumption of fossil fuels are the crises that threate countries and human societies. These items indicate the necessity to pay attention to the use of renewable energy sources. Renewable energies due to their long life and natural cycles, play an important role in reaching development goals and guarantee the continuity of energy consumption for next generations. Using perovskite solar cell, due to its unbelievable features and superiority over previous generations has attracted the attention of the researchers in the recent years. This cell can be use in the different configurations such as convensional and invert, so the best performance of the perovskite solar cell can be achieved by choosing suitable components.
