Preparation of pyrimidinones in the presence of borane trifluoride stabilized on nano-kaolin under abrasive and solvent-free conditions

چکیده مقاله :
In recent years, many sensitivities to environmental problems related to organic synthesis have lab chemists to introduce new and particulary environmentally friendly methods. Green chemistry is a new way to produce medicinal compounds that uses biomass to produce industrial quantities. Heterocyclic compounds are abundant in nature. These compounds have many biological properties and medicines have one or more heterocyclic structures. These compounds have two nitrogen atoms in the positions of 1,3-hexagonal rings [1]. The antifungal, antioxidant, antimicrobial and anticancer properties of pyrimidinone medicals have long been considered by many pharmaceutical researchers [2]. The main problem with steels and their alloys are corrosions in acidic environments. Pyrimidinones prevent the corrosion of alloys by acid many of the proposed methods for the synthesis of these compounds have been associated with the use of toxic solvents, expensive reagents, long time and the formation of by-products. Therefore, the synthesis of these compounds is accompanied by the use of milder conditions and environmentally friendly catalysts in a short reaction time and mild conditions that are economically available. In this research, the preparation of pyrimidinone in the presence of borane trifluoride stabilized on nano-kaolin as catalyst under abrasive and solvent-free conditions has been investigated )Scheme1(. Performing reactions in a green environment is one of the most important features of researchers.
