One-pot Synthesis of bis spiro piperidines using Sb(Ѵ) chloride supported on gamma-alumina nanoparticles at room temperature

چکیده مقاله :
A highly impressive one-pot multicomponent synthesis of bis-spiro piperidine derivatives has been reported by performing the reaction of form aldehyde, aniline derivatives and dimedone[1, 2]. This reaction was performed in the presence of a catalyst in ethanol at room temperature. In This research, SbCl5\Gamma- alumina nano particles as a heterogeneous Lewis acid catalyst for the first time is used for the synthesis of bis-spiro piperidine (Scheme1). The above mentioned catalyst has been prepared and characterized by FE-SEM, TEM, FT-IR, TGA, BET and XRD, methods. The advantages of this catalyst are low reaction time, convergence, simplicity of operation and recyclable. The beneficial features of this method are a soft reaction position, no column chromatographic purification, and high yield of products. All Derivatives were distinguish by FT-IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy.
