چکیده مقاله :
The aim of this study was amidation of Date seed oil to make fatty acid amide. The first step was to extract the oil from date seed powder (as a waste and renewable feedstock) using the soxhlet extraction method with n-hexane as solvent. The second step was to monitor formation of fatty acid amide using FTIR and 1HNMR spectroscopy.
