چکیده مقاله :
Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women. Olaparib (OLP) is one of the drugs ap medium and its high dosage, it is necessary to design an effective drug delivery system (DDS) for it. In the present study, an efficient and new DDS for OLP was prepared using polycaprolactone (PCL) nanocapsules [1, 2] and its physicochemical properties were investigated over a period of 40 days. The amount of drug loaded in nanocapsules was obtained 89%. The average particle size of nanocapsules was 221 nm with a polydispersity index = 0.196 and zeta potential = -25.8 mV, which indicate the complete stability of OLP@PCL nanocapsules. In vitro release profile studies confirmed that there is a controlled release of OLP from PCL nanocapsules proved for the treatment of this type of cancer. Due to its low solubility in an aqueous
